..."the
economy... sink into oblivion"
And what's it going to take for a rightie to admit that things are getting
better? Housing starts are up, corporate profits are up, my 401K is up 7%
since the first of the year, new claims for unemployment are leveling off,
and your kinda sort employer has come out of bankruptcy.
I realize the answer to my question is "never" since you think it's in your
interest to keep trash talking Obama and the Dems, but the rest of us are
going to get about the business of making some money. (And buying a few of
your cars, along the way ) :)

[I always try to give a serious answer to a
serious question, Craig, despite being a wise-ass jokester at heart.
But it is extremely difficult to feel good/better about the way the
economy is going when 1/2 million or more jobs are LOST each month
and the top two guys in the administration keep telling us how many
thousands of jobs have been "created or saved" coincidental to that
same time frame.
To put it in a "Main Street perspective" as the Dear Leader would
say, I'm selling cars again at the best pace since he assumed power.
Nonetheless, my YTD is 30% off last year which, I'm sure you will
readily admit, was GWB's worst. How much of your hard-earned 401k
money did you lose -- forever -- before the great stabilization and
7% increase occurred?
"Spending money to keep from going bankrupt" is Joe's eloquently
propagandistic answer. If you'll fall for that crapola you'll
believe ANYTHING a carguy will tell you to get you burning gas. -ED]
Hillary should have stayed in the
senate....been a critic of barack the clown. God knows there is a
lot to work with.

Hillary. As much as I dislike liberal
democrat politicians, and would have never voted for Hillary, I do
have to say that, IMO, the lib news media, and many other libs too,
definitely threw Mrs. Pants Suit under the Obama bus. At which time
she was then spit out from under the bus as ordinary road kill.
However, after her "Secretary of State" in-house surgery procedure,
it appeared as though she might well be on her way to surviving the
road kill attempt.
Now it looks like her job simply relates to being just another
ordinary mouth piece for the inexperienced person who flat b****
slapped her during her Presidential run.
Well, to be fair to Hillary, she did put some cracks in that glass
ceiling she was so desperately trying to break. Unfortunately, she
was standing directly beneath that ceiling when it collapsed in on
her.
Again, even though I would not have voted for her, I thought at the
very least, she would never turn out to serve the U.S. as a
simpleton Obama/U.S. apologist.
She has to be hating life!

People forget how polluted the White Water
River was thanks to Tyson in Arkansas while good old Bill and
Hillary ran the place so it always makes me laugh when these Libs
fall all to pieces apologizing to a world full of much worse
pollution (India) about how awful America is regarding pollution
when they themselves got fat from being paid to look the other way.
Why do these Liberals always fall into their own trap?

There are times when I am a little slow on
the draw and don't always get it, but I actually believe Hillary
needs to be sabotaged no matter how. After reading about her
arrogance and actions as First Lady and the way she treated staff
would give any normal person cause to retaliate even in the smallest
way. Unfortunately we are stuck with her until her demise in one
form or another - just my opinion...

I think that Hillary could get her swagger
back if she boned up and ran against Obama in 2012. She will have 4
years of failed policy to run against, something she didn't have in
'08. They threw her under the bus, this could be her opportunity to
return the favor. I think she will have to resign by mid 2010 to
early 2011 to pull it off and start her exploratory committee and so
forth, but I think that gives her the one shot she has at the
Oval Office. Unfortunately, democrats are far more
interested in their seat at the table of power than doing the right
thing, so it is about a 0% shot of that ever happening.

Anyone who thinks she has been "locked in a
closet" would have to be a truly "uninformed American". Despite her
elbow injury, the India trip is the ELEVENTH foreign trip that she
has taken in just six months as Secretary of State.

[By comparison to, say, Condoleezza Rice, the
First Lady of Pants Suits has been nearly invisible. Furthermore,
she has not been very well-received in her limited exposure. BTW,
trips to Tijuana with Slick Willie don't count toward foreign
policy. Don't laugh -- you'll break something. -ED]
Recently Obama turned down Hillary's
ambassador to Japan, a life long professional. Instead Obama gave
the prestigious job to one of his financial angels, some computer
guy from the left coast. A financial angel...is this change we can
believe in or what???

Hillary is too busy telling the world how bad
America is, I guess she got that from Obama. They need to stop this
nonsense.

...Go ahead and tell us all how Cap/trade and
health care will cost more and do less when they have yet to be
implemented? All you do is watch Fox and spin yourself out of orbit.
You all cry doom and gloom yet you sound like all of those
economists who says we are doomed then in the next breath say the
economy is recovering. God, today in the news 6 billion has been
paid back in Tarp along with 250 million in interest, you all have
yet to mention that. Oh yeah, we have the highest health care costs
in the world and ranked in the teens in reference to
quality...explain that if you will. The conservatives have already
bit us on the ..., this is what Pres Obama is trying to fix. Lets
not forget the war of choice with a trillion dollar price tag and
over 4000 lives lost. I would say that you conservatives have bitten
this country so much we now have rabies or is it swine flu...Hmmmmmmm.
I wouldn't worry to much about Hillary, she can take care of herself
and her elbow just fine.

[Go ahead and tell us how "we gotta spend money to
keep from going bankrupt" works. And while you're at it, explain how
the stimulus was designed to "rescue and/or create millions of
joppsss" so that unemployment would cap at under 9% and we'd all be
back in the chips by now. And what about that counter-intuitive
surge in Afghanistan and the uptick in GI losses there...and what
about keeping those "enemy combatants" around until they croak here
in US prisons instead of at the Gitmo torture camp...and if the
handling of the swine flu problem is any indication of the speed and
efficiency of government-run health care I'd hate to see another big
hurricane... That's just the tip of the iceberg. -ED]
