Perhaps a more fitting title would have been the gifts of Obama keep on giving.....Obama has made it QUITE APPARANT that he is ANTI-AMERICAN...Obama believes no more in the Constitution of the United States than does Eric Holder. Most of the people Obama surrounds himself with and that he has put into office or power are ANTI AMERICAN and want to totally dis-mantel the US Constitution in favor of a communist type of government....ISNT IT OBVIOUS?

I think they probably have a plea deal going on and there won't be a trial at all. The administration will get credit for their attempts at being "fair" by the Europeans, and for getting an overall domestic approval for getting a conviction. It's all a show...

That cucaracha had already asked to be martyred but now he's eager to put on an al Qaida show trial in NY with the help of Holder and the Obamakommies. What's in it for them? Holder was [also] impressive in dropping the voter intimidation charges against members of the New Black Panther Party in Philadelphia. It doesn't often seem like he's on our side.

is treating prisoners of war as common

Excellent post. If I
might add, not in Eric Holder's defense, but as
an aside: Eric Holder is not acting alone but
at the behest of the POTUS. This is not a
"simple error," but a planned, calculated move.
We are right to be distressed to see this
machination. When the obvious consequences of
this miscarriage play out, the POTUS will throw
Eric under the bus, and say that he was unaware
of what Eric was doing, but couldn't countermand
after Eric had made the decision.
