that when I do a dialogue piece (unless
identified specifically as a quote from
elsewhere) I take creative license. So,
malark, if you -- or anyone else -- has some
good material that defends Schumer and
Gillibrand, let's have it. -ED]
Appearance and
character--sometimes "don't match" however these
elected officials must understand that unless it
is written, the courts will only support any
agency with "apparent" limited authority. Just
ask the FBI who promised the snitch more money
(that was not written)--the courts would not
honor the FBI's "verbal agreement" since the
public must always be aware that all agencies
work under limited authority--no one has carte
blanche!
The senator is wrong on two levels: legally and
aesthetically.
